Fried Pasta ala kitty style..Yum Yum

I have been pretty busy lately that is why I have stopped updating my post for quite some time.

But I must share with you of what I am been addicted to cook for my hubby.. Yup! lazy person fusion food fried pasta ala kitty style.. hahaha yup that is my style of mixing pasta with oriental technique.  Very simple, quick, healthy and fulfilling meal (I think..haha)


Kitty style fried pasta

In case you want to try cooking it here are the recipe for 2 pax:  

Core ingredient:
a. 250 gram of Spiral Pasta
b. 170 gram of frankfurter (approx: 4 stick of frank) (or sausage if you like)
c. 150 gram of frozen mix vege
d. 1 medium size fresh and juicy tomato 
e. 1 large egg
f. 2 clove of garlic
g. 1 slice of kraf cheese
h. 1 table spoon of unsalted butter
i. 1 table spoon of peanut oil (or olive oil if you cant get any around you in adhoc)
j. 1 table spoon of soy souce
k. 1 table spoon of oyster souce
l. 1 table spoon of tomato souce 
m. 1/2 table spoon of fine sugar
n. 3 table spoon of water

Preperation:   
  1. Boil your pasta for approx: 5 - 10 mins (remember to add some oil & salt into the boiling water to flavor the pasta and ensure pasta will not be sticking together)
  2. Split the frank to half and dice them to semi circle cubes.
  3. Dice your juicy fresh tomato to small pieces. 
  4. Mix ingredient j, k, l, m & n in a small bowl (key sauce to the fried pasta)
  5. unwrap your slice of cheese tear them to uneven pieces.Put it aside await to be use.
  6. Chop garlic semi fine and await to be use.
Start cooking:
  1. Heat your Chinese Wok or your non stick pan (make sure your pan is deep enough for stir fry)
  2. Put your butter and peanut oil into your wok or pan and slow the fire down.  Let the butter melt but not burned.
  3. Throw in your chopped garlic in to the wok or non stick man, gently stir fry for about 15 second then put in ingredient b, c & d stir fry till you can the greatness aroma from all the ingredient. 
  4. Put in the cooked pasta and stir fry till all ingredient mixed evenly.
  5. Add in the mixed sauce into the wok or non stick pan stir till even then make a hole in the center of the wok or your non stick pan.
  6. Break the egg into your wok or non stick pan break the yolk with your spatula then cover the egg and wait for about 30sec. then stir them all up again.
  7. Lastly, add in the bits of teared cheese and stir fry till the cheese are melted then you are done. 
I am Asian so the taste of this meal may be a little bit salty to my westerner friends.   Adjust to suits your taste once you master this dish.  Enjoy!! (^o^)v
