Brandon's version of - Nigella Doughnut French Toast

Brandon Version of Doughnut French Toast

2nd Pic of Brandon's

Actual finishing of Nigella's Doughnut Fresh Toast
Last Sunday night while me and Brandon is laying on our bed watching TV.... suddenly he asked if I want to eat what we saw on the AFC (Asean Food Channel) where Nigella Lawson in her cooking series Nigella Express...For a person that hardly cook and yet have interest to cook what he learn via cooking channel.. what the hack.. I say: yea..cook me the supper.

He jumped off the bed walked to the kitchen and 5 mins later I start to smell something gorgeous running out from the kitchen... as my stomach start to give signal... I too rush out to the  kitchen to check out the complete work from Brandon...(see above photo). HEAVEN.... but as Brandon scares to sprinkle too much sugar ..the first 2 piece is not as perfect as the following few..(which we finished too fast to show you guys the result..)

The end result of this this adventure... FULFILLING... will try again and this time we will get the  loaf bread instead of using normal Gardenia white bread...and we shall buy fresh strawberry to bread it to make the sauce.. But just a small amount of sprinlkling sugar is good enough..

Here are the recipe just incase you guys want to try your own.. Very simple.. worth trying..

Simplicity rating: 7/10.
Preperation time: 15 - 20 mins
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup full fat milk
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 slices from a small white loaf or 2 slices from a large white loaf, each large slice cut in half
  • 1-ounce butter, plus a drop flavourless oil, for frying
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla in a wide shallow bowl.
Soak the bread halves in the eggy mixture for 5 minutes a side.
Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan/skillet, fry the egg-soaked bread until golden and scorched in parts on both sides.
Put the sugar onto a plate and then dredge the cooked bread until coated like a sugared doughnut

P.S. (Due to this is too delicious... I ate immediate when it is out from the pan..and end result to me is I got sick when I woke up the following morning..)

My friend's New Business - Comida located in The Atria Damansara Jaya

My friend Amonre gave us a huge surprise by announcing he opened a business selling non preservative Taiwanese tit bits. So me and Fung decided to gave our friend a moral support buy giving him a grand opening flower stand where took us half a day to decide which is the best for his newly opened outlet.

It was not a grand opening as initially Amonre wanted make a official opening on 01st October 2010.  But after consulting the Chinese calendar he decides to opening on 22nd September 2010 (Mid Autumn Festival) although the shop is not well prepared.

Allow me to introduce the items that is on sale in this outlet:

In the market we all get to purchase many well known Taiwanese tit bits such as jelly fruits, mo chi.. etc but all these contains preservative that can allow these products to last at least 1 year.  But Comida offers is healthy tit bits minus the preservative or any substance contents that is harmful to our health. Allows customers to consume without worrying their good health as these products will freshly deliver monthly direct from Yi Lan, Taiwan consume duration date is not longer than 2 months.  Very fresh and healthy..

Brand name for these delicious product Liu Ji's Peanut (劉記花生).

Liu Ji Peanut (劉記花生) is originally from Yi Lan (宜蘭) Taiwan and they are specialise in Peanut products.  Majority peanut products in the market is machine made and packaging too. But for this brand, the owner insist on providing first class in taste and quality, therefore all are handmade, less malt sugar and large amount of nuts.

Sunflower Seeds Candy

Peanut Candy

Cashew Nut Candy

Black Sesame Seeds Candy

Sliced Roasted Almond Candy

The shop owner Amonre recommended the black sesame seeds candy. But my personal favourite would be both Sliced Roasted Almond Candy and the Black Sesame .  Very refreshing and the taste is marvelous. They provide generous tester so you can taste all the varieties to decide the type that you love to bring home.

Pricing is average ranging from RM23.80 to RM29.80 per can and I can guarantee you that you will come back for more.

Me Tasting the delicious Sliced Roasted Almond Candy.. Yum Ymm..

For the Love of a Great Morning DJ 迦玛鲁汀Jamaluddin of 988

19th August 2010. As we were on our way to work. As my usual days 98.8 fm morning talk show 早点说马 from 6.00 am to 8.00 am and 8.10am - 10.00am. But due to my car break down yesterday night so the radio tuning ran off so lazy to tune back and just listen to red fm morning show.

Suddenly received a call from my mom call in Singapore and informed me something on the radio program that we listens everyday the Malay DJ Jamaluddin has been banned from the morning talk show and the other 2 DJ is crying on air. Me and Brandon got shocked and quickly tuned the frequency to 98.8fm and out of usual talking they put songs.. a very sad song by A-Mei and as soon as the song ended 秋月(qiu yue) sobbing and says that she still felt sad and shocked to accept that 迦玛 (jamaluddin) is no longer allow to be on the show. then the other male DJ 朝吉(chao ji) also speak his heart out over the sudden decision by the Management of 98.8fm as they received complaint on this program's topic making people in Malaysia who listen to this morning show felt discomfort and irritated.  I was like "WHAT!!!" I mean seriously, if you ever had a chance to listen to this program you will only listen to DJ point of view base of their own personal online sources and media updates. They dare to say what is in their mind and they speaks for most of us in Malaysia.  Their conversation never make us feel uncomfortable we never felt irritated. I wonder those people who says that are from which part of the world? Aliens? Buyer? troublemakers?

Let us make a memory of this legend DJ who dare to speak the truth without fearing the ISA or the government body.

Jamaluddin Ibrahim
Jamaluddin Ibrahim is no stranger to the local Chinese community. In fact, he is a household name with them as a 988 radio presenter.  The 48-year-old, who is known as “Jia Ma” (迦玛) to listeners, is even comfortable commenting on any political or local affairs.

Jamaluddin, the son of the then Malayan Communist Party leader Shamsiah Fakeh, certainly has the credentials to do what he enjoys doing.  Born in Beijing, he was educated at the University of Henan and spent 32 years in Hunan province before returning to Malaysia in 1994.

He co-hosts the Chinese radio station’s morning show Say Hi To Malaysia (早点说马) and also regularly writes commentaries in Chinese newspapers and magazines. He was fluent in Mandarin Chinese as spoken in their native language. He also wrote books and contributed articles containing the idea of Chinese newspapers. Meanwhile, Jamal is advising the public to master more languages as this will help them develop careers in many areas even outside the country. For Jamal, the mastery of any one language other than their native language such as Arabic, Indian and Chinese have been giving the opportunity to be a DJ today.

Jia Ma On Air in Say Hi to Malaysia 98.8fm
From his daring comment towards the MCA presidential candidates and even predicting how the MCA would fare under the leadership of Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat, Datuk Seri Chua Soi Lek or Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting to the latest controversial towards the issue of 1 Malaysia made most of the listeners salute this gentleman to the max as we take him as the crème de la crème among all DJs we know besides those from other countries.

Jia Ma is one of the main reason that me and Brandon that we care for what is going on in Malaysia's political scene as he give great and daring comment.  We love the way and I am sure those listener of 98.8fm love the way he make the political issue sound interesting to for us to care for what is going around us.

I am going to attach this post to my facebook to urge all the listeners and people who love this morning show to leave comment and message to bring Jia Ma back to the scene and let him continue to show the true side of Malaysia. BRING 迦玛 BACK!!! SALUTE TO A TRUE HERO OF MEDIA!!

TO 秋月(QIU YUE), 朝吉(CHAO JI).. NEVER GIVE UP KEEP THE SHOW RUNNING, WE WILL SUPPORT YOU GUYS TILL THE END..

Why Do Married Men Fantacise One Night Stand with Other people's Wives

Recently I have been doing some research on One Night Stand and found some sites for people single, married, gay and confused.

As me and Kim was chatting about this subject during our free time, I suggested to put his fake identity to check if there are any responds (maybe is the photo he put is a anime character that is why till date no respond). At the same time I also clicked on one classified post titled: Married man looking for fun and pleasure with another woman besides his wife.

Don't worry all, I informed my hubby that I am doing this in detailed.

I started my One Night Stand research by emailing this mysterious man informing thatI am married and it is my first time looking for a pleasure besides my husband. I am 33 and chubby. Shortly after the email sent out I received a reply asking for my race, date and time to meet up, photo and where is my location.

I thought wao this guy is desperate, so I continued my thread by informing him : I am Chinese, Living in PJ.What about you? race? location? Where to meet up..... prefer cititel mid valley. as I am working nearby. just want to try to fuck a stranger. and I prefer we masked up. so we will not recognize each other. after that. I prefer you send me your photo first. All I can say is I am chubby, married and working in snr executive level.

2 hours later I got myself a fresh reply from him : I'm Chinese..27yrs..living in Puchong but do come around mid valley area quite often...cititel would be ideal I guess...masked up??? I don't quite agree on that...Do you work in Mid valley city area? what's the point I send you my pic when you wanna mask up dear? :)tomorrow I'm free whole day as I'm having off day tomorrow..

Another 2 hours later he send another email to me: What about today 6pm? my wife finishes work at 8.30pm...if you are ok with today's timing, then let me know? if not then tomorrow late noon around 3pm onwards?

After 2 emails from this person I decided to be gatal and reply his email: Today not able to. going to slash concert. yea I work around mid valley. I am sorry but may I ask which part of puchong are you from? honestly I am shy so that is the reason I want to be in masked. may I know are you good in playing pussy. coz I love to be lick and rub.

Within few minutes he replied: Just had your lunch? what's a slash concert? I'm from bandar puteri puchong...No need mask la dear...we just wanna have fun...sex is fun if you have the right perspective :)I love pussy licking and also anal licking...but it depends on your hygiene too dear... Your husband is not good in sex? So tomorrow ok for you?

After reading his reply I was like WHAT?! I know this sounds childish but really if a woman stepped out to look for One Night Stand it is just because of husband not perform well. Or he really thinks himself a sex savior for married woman.

And so I replied: Its a rock concert will be held in Sunway Surf beach. Ex guitarist of Guns and Roses. Husband is good in sex no complaint compared to my ex boy friends. just want to try out other men. What about you. wife does not satisfied you? Bare in mind i am no sexy chic. I am chubby. Love to have mask coz never tried this before and honestly your house is near to mine in Puchong. Are your tool large, thick and long? I don't want to disappoint myself. But I do have 40 D.. tomorrow? can i confirm with you later need to check if my hubby is going to meet up his client for meeting.

With quick response he replied: Yea..saw in papers about the concert.. Wife is good in sex and has high sex drive...i just have this fantasy of having sex with another married woman...it just turns me on..i'm currently in puchong..putting up at friends place as my apartment is almost ready in kelana jaya...so no need scared la :) Even if we bump into each other, just say 'Hi" would be nice :)my tool is not long..but thick...wife always moans loud whenever doggy style..as it touches her g spot...usually have sex in the morning...i usually am 'high' at that time...ok...I'm free whole day tmr...but wife starts work only 3pm...

So I thought.. Great! if I have a husband like this my as well just ask him to f*** off. I stop replying the thread as I hate listening to people braggin about there sex life. From these email thread I rather find Klang Valley do have loads of hidden secret that needed to be unmasked. I will do another research towards men who look for phone sex.. Perhaps I can make a thread of all these wierd topics till I ran out of ideas.. Will not give out.. ~End

That is why I call him my GOD!!!! SLASH a.k.a. Saul Hudson

 tickets
05.08.2010 the day that I will definately not forget.. The day that I finally get to witness my Guitar Hero/Legend/Godlike/Rock Icon Slash perform not anywhere but Malaysia.  Although I did not win the chance to meet him face to face but I managed to won a complimentary ticket to be there to witness the moment of true..

I was not able to sleep a night before the concert just to warm up my feeling and prepare my mood to catch Slash live in action.  Reached to office asked for permission for a early step off and got rejected (which I already know the unreasonable forced deduction of my eligible time off hours ans still dare to accuse and threaten me on my appraisal). So waited eagerly till 6.15pm and rushed down to the parking zone where my husband is there waiting.  Took the fastest highway and manage to reach Sunway Pyramid within 20 mins.

I have asked my hubby to bring along his beach shorts and Ts to change as expected the heat and comfort are required during the concert.  I refused to let my hubby wear the KISS T shirt as I told him why wear a KISS T shirt as you are going to a Slash Concert? He took my word and wore a White T.

Crowd gather outside Sunway Lagoon
Look at his grumpy face for not wearing his KISS T shirt

As we rushed to the main entrance and notice a sea of black Ts spectators and while we were waiting our turn to get in.. Brandon gave me a evil stare.. In the stare I know he is cursing me of not letting him wear his KISS T Shirt as we actually saw couple of mat rock wearing KISS T shirt.. (as you can see from this pic how unhappy he is..hehhehehe...), in revenge he refuse to buy me a pair of devil horn... (the one the beautiful white chic wearing).

I must say the organizer is really unprofessional towards organizing this concert.  A normal 3 minutes walking distance become a 1 hour walk. Imagine every 5 minutes you are able to move just 2 steps forward. When we finally manage to pass thru the entrance gate only to found out the stupid reason that holding such a large crowd waiting is ..they limit 5-10 people pass thru the second entrance and stop you (I mean each and one of the spectator's bag to see if you bring your own beverage in. Cause in there they sell RM 1.00 mineral water by overcharging you 5 times higher) I got stopped due to sneaking in my Starbucks bottle. they force us to either drink all or dispensed it. Brandon looked darn cool at that moment as his grab the bottle from the organizer crew and bottoms up the 500ml bottle in just a couple of sec.  The crew stared stunned cause normally people will just discard the content, he actually hoover up the content in the bottle.  That moment I see my hubby as a cool dude and no one around can compared.
Before concert starts
With cigarette in one hand and heart pumping faster in our body (the feeling is just like you are going to meet your blind date or your first date) walked down towards the surf beach find a great spot stand still and just in time the concert starts without wasting my time listening to some nonsense local rock head perform.(although my hubby love to catch the act of Amy Search which I told him its not that great except for 1 or 2 songs of his).
When the stage light shines up you starts to hear the familiar guitar skill start playing..... ITS SLASH!!!! AHHHHHH... yup this is what I screamed out loud.  Due to lack of cash to purchase a cool digicam and the digicam my pal Jesse loaned me is out of order (which I suppose to make an appointment to meet up with her and return her first baby).. these photo taken with my good old mate my LG Shine. No bad quality but if you look carefully you will manage to see Slash..hehehe.. (photo above shows before shows starts and when Slash and his band is out!!!)

Slash and his band Touring band members:
Myles Kennedy (Alter Bridge) – Vocals
Bobby Schneck (Weezer, Greenday, Slash’s Blues Ball & Aerosmith) – Rhythm Guitar
Todd Kerns (Age of Electric, Static in Stereo, Sin City Sinners) – Bass Guitar
Brent Fitz (Alice Cooper & Vince Neil) – Drums

has performed a mix of Slash new solo material as well as Guns ‘n’ Roses and Velvet Revolver songs. Songs like Civil War, Night Train. And when Sweet Child O' Mine played the crowd went crazy.. that included myself and Brandon..sing along and air guitar mode on.. others around me starts headbanging.  Super awesome man. Anchored song Paradise City.  Really awesome to see Slash live and seeing his guitar skills was one of the motivation for Brandon to start brushing up his guitar skill.  I am a bit disappointed cause my favourite song November Rain is not in their play list. When Slash took over the mic and start talking... mesmerizing.when he starts to speak my type of language.. :"You guys are fucking great man.." that imediate moment I know why he is my Hero..

Lights up!!
The concert ends around 10pm.  While heading to the exits there are some unhappy incidents happened.  The gate that we are heading to suddenly closing and as we approach nearer then only know that the worker that stopped people from exiting from that gate as he mentioned this entrance is only for people with VIP tickets. People start arguing the the bouncer but we manage to bypass all these people and exit thru that gate.  It took us 1 1/2 hour exit the mall parking. By time we reached home we have no mood to even buy food and settle our hunger with coco crunch and maggi mee.  No mood even to play my PS3 or have great after concert sex (which I was the one asking for it at first...). Straight to the bed and KO till dawn...

Before Concert Start - Normal

During Concert - High
End of Concert - Gone Case High

Look Its Slash!!! On the Screen !!!
YEAH!!! ROCK ON DUDE!!
Yeah!!!

Farewell dinner at Amarin Heavenly Thai Mid Valley

28.07.2010.. Tanya's last day. Happy for her and also sad in other ways. We have been working together for years and now she is leaving for a better prospect.

We have our farewell dinner at Amarin Heavenly Thai in Mid Valley where this place is well known for good environment and good food.
Amarin, a place that I visited several times and food there is great, service is good, environment great and the price is reasonable to people who enjoy moderate pricing.  Food quality still the same. Besides my regular ordering of Pandan Chicken and Tom Yam Goong. We ordered something that is rather unusual that call as Ming Kiam.
Mieng Kam. A platter that includes: Daun Kaduk, ginger, onions, chili padi, lime, roasted dried prawns, roasted coconut and roasted peanut and some sauce that taste like Tau Chu paste (bean paste). As per my Colleague's guidance procedure : take a piece of daun kaduk, apply the sauce then add whatever in the platter, roll it up and then take a bite. Tasted the sour of the lime, the crunchiness of the peanut, the spiciness from the chili, the heat from the ginger, the fragrant of the coconut, dried prawns not a bad combination which surprisingly we love it. I actually made myself 2 roll to pop in my hungry mouth..(hungry ma..) Taste rate: 3.5/5

And follow by some of Amarin's famous dish such as Pandan Chicken (chicken meat marinated and wrap with Pandan leaves and deep fried). 5 pieces per serving.. If you love this dish I suggest you to order 2 serving for 4-5 person.. taste rate: 4.5/5
Asparagus stir fried with Garlic and Prawn.  Very Chinese I know but loving it. Taste rate: 4/5
Green Curry Chicken. Not bad but I prefer The Green Curry Beef though.  the chicken slices came with brinjals and long bean, the gravy was very rich and aromatic .Taste Rate: 3/5

Thick Tom Yam Seafood Soup. Its not thick as the mentioned name just the soup come is more rich form.In the soup you will find : chunks of fish, cuttlefish and prawns.Taste Rate: 4/5.

Last but not least, Deep Fried Calamari. I don't really enjoy this dish cause I've tried better one.  The Squid is rather rubbery but still goes perfect with the Thai Chili Sauce that comes with this dish.  Taste rate: 2.5/5

Few of us actually ordered my recommended Thai Ice Tea I guess local call this as 3 layers tea. Is ice tea serve with Gula Melaka, Evaporated Milk and crushed ice. Perfect combination.

Daniel ordered the Coconut Milk Shake which I want to try in my next visit as the look and the taste is superb.. I wonder is this is the one my new friend Justin wanted to bring us to try in Penang...hmmm
After the meal we presented our farewell gift to Tanya and gave some personal speech to her to wish her well.
So.. Tanya... Good luck and remember the days we've worked along side by side and keep in touch always as our makan makan trip still have a sit for you as always.. ~End~

The Guitar Hero - Slash

Saul Hudson aka Slash. I first knew this guitarist when I was 16th during my high school days. His master of guitar skills made him a legend today.
Slash have his signature large curly hair, ray ban aviator gold frame sun glasses, nose ring and his ever legend les paul Gibson guitar that I was dying to get (due to the high price and also me and my hubby can't play much songs, last Christmas we finally got ourselves the amateur version of the Gibson Les Paul Epiphone special II).

Knowing him from the moment he made his les paul cried loud when he played on the tune "November Rain" during his days with Guns and Roses. But most people may start knowing or rather notice this guitar god from their debut "Sweet Child O'Mine" from the Album Appetite for Destruction

Slash inspires me and my hubby mostly my hubby to play guitar. I remember he tells me that if he ever had a chance to meet Slash he will praise him and let him sign his Special II and lock up till his old age so he can share this precious moment with his grand children about the day he met Slash.
There are almost one time my hubby wanted to join force with all his die hard Slash fans ala close mat rock high school friends to form a group with me being a lead singer (cause that is the only thing I am good in).. In the end their wives and girlfriend bising so ended up they can only perform "air drum", "air bass" "air solo" in Karaoke and make me sing like as if I am pain (kena pinched hard).. (And actually one of them is a uztad)

I am so extremely crazy over Slash till one day I actually dress up like him in one of my company event "retro week". Due to lack of the signature curly long hair, My Senior VP says I looked like Ozzy Osborne. I guess I will let you guys to judge....

Anyways, Slash's passion towards music is infinite and this it selves made me proud to be his ultimate fan.

I will be going to his concert this coming August and I am sure many of you Slash fans out there can't wait to see him cast spell to his guitar to scream with beautiful sound for us to praise him to infinite... ~End~

P.S. (have anyone seen a guy called bucket head... he is actually cool too..)

Pork Chop in Section 20 PJ with friends.

Last Thursday I was having a massive red left eye with no bloody reason. Nothing unusual when I woke up till I reached my office. Colleague of mine Kim asked me what happened and why I have sharingan (if you are a Naruto fan you should know. If you are not, I will still show you what is that) . Then I looked into my hello kitty mirror and found myself with really red eye ball. Really bloody red. So I asked to take a day medical leave to consult doctor.
As I leave the office I double confirm with my makan pal Gin See, Tanya and Fung if our pork chop plan is still on. And with 100% yeses from them we shall be meeting at the pork chop stall 7.30pm.

Fast Forward with my red eye issue that is not solve even after consulting doctor. Meet up my bro, fung, Gin See, Tanya and late king hubby at the Millennium Coffee Shop at Section 20 Petaling Jaya (next to Caltex, O&S and opposite a Post Office & the famous herbal soup stall behind Giant). Ordered the recommended Hainanese sauce Pork Chop x 2, Black Pepper sauce Pork Chop x 1, Mushroom Sauce Pork Chop and 2 x Hainanese sauce Chicken Chop.

I am impress with not the sause but the mashed potatoe. Cause they actually mix the mashed with bacon meat.. Yum yum. The pork chop is not that great as it is sort of salty, but the meat is tender still.

The Mushroom sause is really yummy better taste than the black pepper as it is not that much of spicy - ness in it. The mash obviously goes really good along with this sauce as I quietly curi makan some of my hubby's and exchange a portion of my black pepper with his.

Gin See says her Chicken Chop with hainanse sause tasted really good.

Overall our meal is satisfied. Taste : 3/5, Price: 4/5, Must try: the Mushroom Sauce Pork Chop. We did inform the stall owner on the pork marinated with abit too much salt. And the owner very very friendly lady insist us to come to give another try as this time they might have overlooked on the staff who help marinate the meat. She also inform us that they serve meatloaf but due to the supplier a german lady balik kampung so not till further notice for that and besides fish and chips they also serve grill fish, what fish they serve for this dish? Dory Fish.

A promise is a promise. Will try out 1 more time on whatever in the menu and evaluate again. ~End~

Is reputation in a shit hole important?

I am having terrible soar throat today. Left side of my tonsil is red and painful. As you guys know being a customer service personnel voice is very important. Although sometimes very I'm bored I will make fun of customers to amuse myself and my fellow colleague ( just make sure your supervisor is out of sight before you think of doing it).

Back to the soar throat issue. As I was thinking for taking a medical leave, my hubby a straight and honest man start lecturing me of taking medical leave is not good for my reputation in the company. At that point I was thinking, is reputation in the shit hole where I am working is important?

I am working in a Singapore base Broadband service provider which basically dying since the took over by our new mother company Asia Netcom. And due to our customers are one of those people that will make a big fuzz for just $0.02 extra in the bill or customers that won't admit their wrong of not paying the bills and when the line suspended after non payment for 3 months and 3 reminders. They will call and scream at you by saying that you are a asshole, stupid customer service, or sometimes they will throw sentence like: your position is too low to speak to me, get your manager to call me".. So, that is the reason our company starts to gave up the hope to supply Singapore our service.

Back to why I call my work place a shit hole. How do you feel if you're working in a department that everyone I MEAN EVERYONE except 1 or maybe 2 not, is looking for either transfer out of her supervision or look for another job opportunity and walk out of the company forever. Maybe she does not know or may be this company's top management does not know how and what people they are keeping and what people they have let go.

As I arrived at work, I told some of my colleagues who noticing my sick look of what my hubby says they laughed and ask back.."do we have good reputation here? I mean like we do good but did company appreciate good worker here? DO they see what we've done good here? Then what is the point of maintaining good reputation here then?" Well for most of the people who read this blog might think that we are all very passive. But hey.. if you are staying in this company then you will know. I stop recommending good workers here since they only hire people they want to gang up for a reason but not looking for work performance. This pattern already started in my own department. That is the reason why we all start to look for better opportunity to get out from here.

Come to the end of it, I am still here cause I listens to my hubby, but the throat is still getting worse and my voice is fading away. I will get some herbal tea during lunch to ease the inner heat in my body.

For me, good reputation is important if company know how to appreciate and create opportunity for potential employee. A place with good motivation and healthy competition able to provide equal rights to all. But the company that I am currently working at, shows total opposite of what I have mentioned as a good company and worse of all, this company practice buyers. ~End~

The one about FIFA World Cup Part 2

11th July 2010. Counting down hour to the final day of 2010 FIFA World Cup. Usual busy high traffic area are sooo quiet with very minimal patron visiting. I guess everyone is saving their own energy for the 2.30 AM match.

As usual my first call to my friend is to check on Paul the Octopus predict who will win the match. Although I am not sure if Paul the Octo can give a 100% accuracy prediction as Germans are giving signal that they will eat him as he predicted the match between Germany vs Spain and as his 100% accuracy Paul the Octo says Spain and Spain it is.. World Cup predictions of Paul — the remarkable oracle octopus whose knack for predicting the outcome of games has earned him worldwide fame as well as “revenge grilling” death threats from country that has been predicted a lost in the game.

Final prediction from Paul... Winner should be SPAIN!!! yes one of my favourite team among this season of World Cup. I find Germany plays like Nazi, Brazil played like dancing samba, England.. my 1st option team and my all time favourite lost and Spain.. the way they played is like swaping partners during tango.. Beautiful plus they have quite a handfull of super stars playing in it.

The way I safe my energy.. sleep thru the whole afternoon, woke up and hang around with my friend in 1 Utama.. suppose to eat BBQ Plaza but 3 of us ended up in Neway eating not that great Buffet and sing from 6.30pm till 1am. 1 1/2 hours before the ball game starts. Thought of stayed back to watch the final in 1 Utama as they are having the Final Kick Off Party. But can't do so cause both of us need to work in another 6 hours. Rushed back feed my hungry dog Rain and bring her out for a quick toilet break and both of us tucked in our comfy bed and start watching Astro.. wait for 2.30am.. while waiting I flip the channel to History Channel and happened to watch the Tsunami 24th December 2006 real clips from survisors of the Tsunami hit. Very sad, seeing people struggle to stayed alive but in the end still being washed away by the wave. Terrible.

Well mtach starts in exact 2.30am and great attack and defend from both Holland and Spain. Many opportunity for Holland but good save by the Spain Goal Keeper Iker Casillas. During Half time I quickly rush to have my small business done and guess what, my neighbour which also happens to watch the game at home cooking Maggie Mee. Man.. those curry flavor flow in thru my wash room's window. As soon as I finish pee - ing I dug out my Maggie mee and start cooking too. Talk about temptation.
Game went all the way till extra time and finally Spain scores winning by 1 Goal at 28mins during the extra time. Last score for this final is Holland 0 - 1 Spain. Again, Salute to Paul the Octopus.. and as soon as the extra time is done.. immediately we switch off the TV and sleep.
So Brazil 2014, wait for us. We will be marching to Rio to catch the final no matter what. Since my hubby is a total Brazil fan and I love the Ipanema Beach. but the cost is a killer. Atleast, I mean by estimate with this season's World Cup travelling + accomadation + ticket to watch the Final + 50% of the total cost just incase comes out to MYR 36,000... pray for me to hit the jackpot..Till then See You Again World Cup. ~End~
